So my BFF wants me and our other BFF to all walk in
the Dallas Hot Chocolate 5K on February 8. I looked on their website. It looks
fun, has great give-aways, and, yes, includes chocolate! We have completed two
5Ks in the past, but, this one is only 25 DAYS AWAY!!!!
Here is how Monday's workout went:
It
was 4:30 by the time I got to Curves. I just did the treadmill for half an
hour. 30 minutes, 1.5 miles, incline of 2.5. Burned just shy of 200 calories.
At this pace, will I be ever be able to walk a mile
in 15 minutes? If I just took half an hour to walk a mile and a half, it would
take an hour to walk 3 miles. I am currently walking 3/4 of a mile in 15
minutes. Can I realistically get to that fast pace by February 8? I must come
up with a plan in order to do so!
